I met John when the Newton goup met with the Fleetwood group during the summer.  This past month, we had a problem with our washer.  I called John and he accomodated our very busy schedule.  He arrived promptly on time and tooke care of our washer problem.  His prices were very reasonable and his knowledge impressive.  Given that we have a "tempermental washer", it decided to act up again the next day.  John came back our at fixed the issue at no cost to us.  He also offered to come back should we have any more problems.
